Profile of Pim Huesken
Pim Huesken (23-02-1948) started with Huesken Training & Advice on April 16, 1999. During the education as community manager and post university education management was he manager of a provincial service centre for youth welfare. In this period he contributes to all changing processes of the organisation. He also was managing the training department and was developing training programs for managers and volunteer organisations.
From 1990 he was senior trainer and adviser in a residential training institute. In this period he started with the international division and build up a European Network on community development and management
In the same period he was quality manager of this organisation and build up a quality system for training materials and introduced methods to develop new modules.
